How to Donate
Make a difference with a regular tax free gift direct from your salary.
What is payroll giving?
Payroll Giving (sometimes known as Give As You Earn) allows you to give directly from your salary before tax is deducted which means your donation goes further.
What does tax free mean?
Tax free means that it costs you less to give more! For example: if you give £10 a month to Cancer Fund for Children and are a basic rate taxpayer, the gift will only cost you £8 from your net pay. If you pay a higher rate of tax, £10 a month will only cost you £6 from your net pay. In each case Cancer Fund for Children will still receive £10.
|Your Pledge||Actual cost to you (standard rate taxpayer – 20%)||Actual cost to you (higher rate taxpayer – 40%)||Cancer Fund for Children receives|
What will I receive?
As a Payroll Giver, you will receive a Welcome Pack. We will then send you Cancer Fund for Children Newsletters to keep you up to date with how you’re helping families in Northern Ireland.
